BOOKING POLICY

• All bookings are with a minimum spend and require a 50% pre-payment to be confirmed.

• We request that all tables consist of mixed groups. Single men or all-male groups will not be accepted. Ladies are welcome.

• All event bookings must check in by 10:30pm unless otherwise agreed with the reservations team.

• No food or drinks from outside are allowed.

• Management reserves the right of access at the door.

DRESS CODE

• Guests are kindly requested to dress in festive attire.

AGE POLICY

• Guests must be 21 years old or above to enter on event days. A balanced ratio of men and women or a mixed group is required for entry. Guests may be asked to present physical ID upon entry.

• Children and pets are not permitted.

HOLDING TIME POLICY

If you expect to arrive late, please notify us beforehand.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within this timeframe. If your plans change, please inform us at least 24 hours before your reservation. For further assistance, feel free to contact us directly.

VALET & PARKING SERVICES

Valet parking is available at the entrance of West Palm Beach, behind the Adagio Hotel. Complimentary self-parking is available for up to 3 hours in the Nakheel basement to Thursday.
